Ms. Kelly started in 2010 as a fellow with CoPIRG. She has coordinated CoPIRG’s work to increase energy efficiency across Colorado. In 2011, she was the lead advocate for a state bill that would increase transparency around the energy efficiency of rental properties.

Ms. Engstrom, is the Program Director for CoPIRG’s Energy Service Corps Program, a joint program with AmeriCorps. She helped launch the program in Colorado in 2010, designing the content and developing the organizing model.
